What's on the menu this week?

The café posts the week's dishes every Monday. Ingredients and macros are printed on every label.

How long do meals keep?

Four to five days refrigerated. The first three days are marked COLD (eat as is or reheat); HEAT & EAT meals freeze for up to 30 days.

How do subscriptions work?

You are charged weekly and we cook your order every Wednesday. Skip a week, change quantities, or cancel from the account link in your confirmation email. No fees, no minimum term.

Glass or plastic?

Meals come in clear, recyclable, microwave-safe containers. Choose glass and we charge a small refundable deposit per container; hand the empties back at pickup or to the driver on your next delivery and we credit the deposit. We wash and sanitize them in the café.

Where do you deliver?

Canton (13617) and Potsdam (13676, 13699) every Thursday, $7 flat. Or pick up free at Nature's Storehouse, 21 Main Street, Canton.
